• Account data: Name, email address, and profile photo provided through Google Sign-In
• User-submitted content: Real estate deal information, comments, and other data you voluntarily submit
• Usage data: Pages visited, actions performed, browser type, device type, and IP address
• Cookies: Session identifiers and preferences necessary for the platform to function
• Realtor verification data: For realtors who submit their profile for verification, we record the date verification was completed and the expiration date of their work permit. We do not store any documents provided during the verification process.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the platform's functionality
• Display user-submitted deal statistics and analytics
• Improve the service and develop new features
• Communicate important service updates
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
• Manage realtor verification status and track work permit validity to request renewals when permits expire

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:

• Service providers: With infrastructure and hosting providers necessary to operate the platform
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Aggregated data: Anonymized and aggregated statistics may be shared publicly as part of the platform's core functionality

4. Cookies

The platform uses essential cookies required for authentication and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account exists
• Submitted deal data is retained indefinitely as part of the platform's dataset, even after account deletion (see Terms of Service, Section 5)
• Usage logs are retained for a reasonable period for security and analytics purposes
• Realtor verification data (date of completed verification and work permit expiration date) is retained as part of the realtor's profile for as long as the account exists

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Delete your account through the platform settings
• Contact us with any privacy-related questions

Please note that deleting your account does not remove previously submitted deal data from the platform's dataset.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents caused by third parties or infrastructure failures.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
