2. No Warranty of Accuracy

All deal information is provided voluntarily by users. The platform does not verify, audit, or guarantee that any information is complete, accurate, current, or reliable.

You must perform your own independent due diligence before making any financial, investment, or real estate decisions. Reliance on data published on this platform is entirely at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information posted by users
