One important note: when a realtor is verified on this platform, it means we've confirmed their identity and credentials — not that their specific deals have been checked for accuracy. All deal data remains unverified regardless of who submitted it.
We are not liable for inaccurate content posted by users, for users' compliance with their tax or other legal obligations, for the consequences that publishing data may have for the submitter or third parties, for financial decisions made based on platform data, service interruptions or data loss, security breaches caused by third parties, or any indirect or consequential damages.
You may not scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from this platform, or use it to build derivative databases, without our written permission. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
By submitting a deal or any other content, you grant us a permanent, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute it. If you delete your account, your previously submitted deals remain part of the platform's dataset.
By submitting a deal, you confirm that you have the right to publish this data and that publishing it does not violate the law, your agreements with clients, or obligations to third parties. The user who publishes content bears responsibility for the consequences of its publication.
The platform is not a party to any deal and does not act as a tax agent. Complying with tax and other legal obligations related to your deals is solely your responsibility. We do not check users' tax compliance and accept no liability for it.
We can block, suspend, or remove any account at any time, at our discretion, without notice. Reasons may include submitting false information, scraping, manipulating platform data, abusing the service, or any other violation of these Terms. We are not obligated to explain our decision.
Realtors who have submitted 20 or more deals can apply to have their profile verified. As part of the process, we may request identity documents, a valid work permit for real estate activity in Georgia (for foreign citizens), and supporting documents for a selection of submitted deals.
We reserve the right to:
Verification is not a one-time event. We may request supporting documents for any deal on the platform at any time, including after a profile has been verified. Failing to provide them may result in the loss of verified status. Verified realtors are also responsible for notifying us when their personal data changes — for example, their name or work permit.
We do not store the documents submitted during verification. We keep a record of when verification was completed and when the work permit expires.
We may update these Terms or change, limit, or introduce paid tiers for any feature at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Georgian courts.
